Terms & Conditions of Refund & Exchange
All merchandises once sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the
merchandise(s) are due to quality issues, you can enjoy the refund or exchange
service within 7 days from the date of purchase with a valid sales slip.
- Within 7 days from the date of purchase, refund and exchange only for
merchandise(s) with quality issues and only one-off exchange can be
accepted - All merchandise(s) can only be exchanged at the store where you purchased.
- Exchange of merchandises) will only be accepted upon presentation of the
valid sales slips and keeping all the original packaging, labels and tags. And
the merchandises) packaging must be completed and unopened. - Exchange will not be accepted if the merchandise(s) have been used, worn,
unsealed or no original packaging. - Relevant gifts must be returned together with merchandise(s) when you do
the refund or exchange service. - In case of any disputes, Daikoku (Hong Kong) Co., Limited reserves the right
of final decision.
